Financial reporting is an opportunity to provide beneficial solutions for maximizing your company’s profitability and efficiency. We provide the following three options for your financial reporting needs:
Audits – Audits are an independent review and examination of system records to ascertain the validity and reliability of information and to provide an assessment of a system’s internal control. An audit provides the highest level of assurance that the financial statements are presented fairly in conformity with generally accepted accounting principles.
Reviews – Reviews are inquiries and analytical procedures applied to financial statements with limited assurance that material changes to the financial statements are not necessary. A report is also issued.
Compilations – A compilation is the preparation of financial statements offering no assurance as to whether material, or significant, changes are necessary for the statements to be in conformity with generally accepted accounting principles, the cash basis, or the income tax basis of accounting. The information used to compile the financial statements are usually provided by the client.
